This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of, and use of the corporate website published under the domain heuristik.com and its subdomains accessible to the general public (hereinafter, collectively, the "Website"), owned by HEURISTIK TECHNOLOGIES, S.L. (hereinafter, "Heuristik"). Its publication fulfills the information obligations set forth in Article 10 of Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), and complements the Website's Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available at heuristik.com/en/privacy-policy and heuristik.com/en/cookies-policy, respectively.

3. Purpose of the Website

The purpose of this website is to offer institutional and commercial information about Heuristik and its technological solution for biometric patient identification using artificial intelligence, as well as to facilitate communication with the organization through contact forms, newsletter subscription, registration for events and professional conferences, and the submission of applications for jobs published by Heuristik.

The Website does not sell products or services directly to the end consumer. The contracting of Heuristik's SaaS service is always formalized through a written agreement with the healthcare center or the corresponding partner, in accordance with the specific conditions negotiated in each case.

4. Website Terms of Use

4.1. Lawful and good faith use

The User agrees to make proper and lawful use of the Website, in accordance with applicable law, this Legal Notice, morality, and public order. In particular, the User agrees to refrain from:

  • Using the Website for illicit purposes or effects, prohibited by this Legal Notice or harmful to the rights and interests of third parties.
  • Impairing, disabling, overloading, or damaging the Website, Heuristik's equipment or that of other users, or the documents, files, and content stored on any computer equipment related to the Website.

This website is intended for an adult professional audience. The contact and application forms are for adults only. If a minor accesses the website, parental or legal guardian supervision is recommended.
