If you do not provide your personal data, we will not be able to fulfil the purposes described.
No automated decisions will be made based on the data provided.
3. How long will we retain your data?
The CV will be deleted once the selection process has concluded or, where applicable, after a period of 2 years if the data subject has given consent to retain it.

The legal basis for processing your data is as follows:
- Performance of a contract: Management of CVs submitted by the candidate in order to carry out personnel selection processes to find the best possible candidate for a given position (RGPD (GDPR) art. 6.1.b).
- Consent of the data subject: Management of CVs submitted by candidates who wish the company to retain them for future selection processes.

Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
